Day 9: A few small easy climbing passages force us to remain vigilant until the breccia Capitello. The descent on the other side is really brutal, it begins in a fairly steep scree at the start. Fortunately we are not the other way!... Read the full story.

Day 6: The trail is very nice, down to Vizzavona is comfortable, taking countless bends in the shade of splendid trees. Vizzavona is in the middle of the journey, the train stops here: it's the end of the trek for some, they left the North or the South, while others, on the contrary, benefit to the half of this hike.... Day 5: A day drizzle, fortunately on a fairly flat route, along the mountain sides, at about the contours, not too uneven. But what a huge downpour just after taking a picture of the hollow shaft... Thank you seat covers for backpacks, anything wet, everything is dry!... Read the full story.

Day 3: After the bridge joined Monda, we follow up to the neck of Usciolu, who was also named edge of Statues. The trail passes alternately from side to side is west, with views changing every time. We will sleep in tents in the shelter of Usciolu.... Read the full story.
