Trécolpas Lake is located in the Mercantour above Boréon to 2150m altitude. It is located in the green valley of Trécolpas and is easily accessible. At the center of it is a small island, due to the construction in 1980 of a small dam which raised the lake level by one meter.

Twin Lakes ( Bessons = twins in Provence) are among the most beautiful Boréon. They are located at 2514m altitude. The shooting was completed in early July 2013, there is still a lot of snow perceive: it took many cross snowfields to access.
