The French gardens of the park were designed in 1695 by Jean Trehet, a pupil of Le Nôtre. The park includes fake Roman ruins and an orangery, confined to luxury palaces of that era. The top of the park is occupied by the Gazebo, designed by Ferdinand von Hohenberg, of which one has a panoramic view of the castle and the city of Vienna.

Schönbrunn Palace is a significant element of Austrian culture. Since the 1960s, is one of the most visited tourist sites in Vienna. Schönbrunn Palace was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996.

The Karlskirche church is located on the square of the same name in Vienna. It is built in the baroque style of the eighteenth century, flanked by two monumental columns, located on both sides of the main entrance. For an entry fee, you can visit the church, and especially up on the scaffolding, to admire the frescoes in the dome, recently renovated.
